User logs in using VPN, has Windows Messenger 5.1 with Windows XP. He is not
able to initiate an IM session. Someone else has to initiate it first before
he is able to communicate with them in Messenger. He logs into a domain and
has no client firewall blocking any ports. His account on the LCS server is
set up like everyone else. No other users have experienced this problem.
