I produced my photo DVD with Picture to TV software and can burn it to VCD &
SVCD but when I try to burn to DVD with this software or Nero I get a message
stating that the media (DVD+-R tried both) needs to be empty. I am using
brand new discs. Phillips & TDK. I have also downloaded another burning
software and am getting same result. System is WinXP Pro.
