Hey Hutch,

Suppose you don't have the CD that Microsoft is referring
to? I bought a Compaq machine that came with a
Backup/Restore (Recovery) CD and a Quick Restore CD set,
and none of those have the VALUEADD directory.

Is this backup utility available via other means, or am I
up the creek?

Thanks,
Dan

You be up the creek with no paddle. =20

If Compaq did not include the file, you don't have a license to use it. =
You will need to get 3rd party tools. I use True Image from =
www.acronis.com. HTH
