desparatly need nelp with error mesage

During start up, when the desktop is displayed, I get an
error message "WJView error: could not execute
Main system cannot find the file specified". Along
with this dislplay, the computer will continue it's set up
process for much longer than before. It seems like this
error message began after a program called "Spysweeper"
removed some spyware programs. I think Spysweeper may have
dleted some OS files. Any help with this would be
greatly appreciated.
