Automatic update

I enabled automatic update and it downloaded updates and
prompted me to install. However, I manually went to the
updates webpage and downloaded and installed the updates.
Now the downloaded, but uninstalled updates keep prompting
me to install them, but I've already done so manually.
How do I get rid of the downloaded, but uninstalled
updates?
