Windows XP Installation

I have been trying to find out what this error message is:

stop: C0000219
fatal system error
0XC0000005
(0X00000000 0X00000000)

I am trying to reinstall XP and after I put in the first
recovery CD, this is the error that I receive. I have
tried it a number of times and keep getting the error.

If someone can help, I'd appreciate it.
