TRKWRITE.dll

I'm having trouble with my operating system, and can't
run MSCONFIG to fix it....an error keeps coming up saying
that the file TRKWRITE.dll is missing. How do I fix this?

By what I know in my limited knowledge, this dll is not directly related to
the operational system itself. You should verify if it's related to some
software you have installed, and then install it again, or uninstalling it.
