Ive Had mt toshiba for a year now and windows is doing
something strange and new. Everytime i am in a folder or
desktop and try to double click a file to acivate it, the
system freezes for about a minute. then after the minute
is done, it runs it. It does not do this when i already
have the reference program to the file open and ready. I
have kept up will all update, defraged it, and cleaned it
up, and still nothing! Help!
