PC gets stuck when booting

My pc gets stuck on the HP logo after turning on. I have to
turn the pc off and on 2 times to enter Windows XP system.
If you know how to resolve this problem, please email me
your suggestion.

Sometimes that's an indication of a flaky Power Supply. What is the
Wattage rating of your PSU.
