I have tried to uninstall Windows XP Pro, as it restricts
the games I can play. But it isn't listed in the
ADD/REMOVE programs list.
Has anyone got any ideas what I can do?

Unless you installed XP as an upgrade, and chose to save the old
system, you can't uninstall it. All you can do is reformat and
reinstall some other operating system cleanly.
