Updates

When I install updates that were downloaded from Microsoft
as part of th automatic updates feature, I get warnings
popping up stating that the files I'm about to install
have not passed the "Windows Logo Testing". It goes on to
state that I should not install these files.

Problem #1: Windows does not give any visible way to stop
the install

Problem #2: After searching the Windows web site for over
an hour, and being looped through an apparently eternal
digital run-around, I wonder if there is anyone that I
could contact at Microsoft that could answer my question.
