Sharing Folders with Live Messenger

Whenever I attempt to share a folder I get the message "Your computer does
not support folder sharing, would you like help with supporting sharing
folders" I'm sure I have turned this off somewhere but I can't remember how
I did it or where. I am logged in as admin btw.

see if you have FAT32 (this does not support foldersharing) or NTFS.

You may have to convert to get it working from fat > ntfs, but its risky,
since you may lose data.
If you decide to do the conversion do backups...
