email large videos

i have to email 10 minute videos to another party on a regular basis fro my
sons theraphy. it seems the mail services have 10 or 20 mb limits which is
way to small. using sited like xtrend takes forever to download, any thoughts
are appreciated, jeff

yes it can but downloading from xtrend took 3 hours
