Read your thread on microsoftsight. Im having same
problem, no fixes sorry but wondered if you were running
roxio 5 or 6 . recieved a email from somone saying
she downloaded somepatch from roxio that cleared up
hertrouble. I did a down load from them earlyer but
still cant shut down with out manualy flipping the
switch at back of puter. Just thought i would ask and
let u know what i have done so far. If u have roxio let
me know :) thanks .
