When I send a movie maker file by email to someone who has movie maker
installed on his computer, the file will open but will not play the pictures
or audio. Only the text boxes will display. How can I correct this?

You're sending it as a "project".
The actual components that make up the "project" are on *your* PC.
When the receipient opens the "project" they don't have access to
the "components" that make up the project, as they are on *your* PC.
Open the "project", goto: File, save as, and save as WMV file. Send that!

Thanks --I had just figured that out when I got your answer to my post.
Thanks for confirmation. I had simply saved the project and then later
simply emailed the file. Now I save as movie file and can easily send and
view.
