When I try to use the scan for updates on my win XP puter
it will not scan up to 100% or even scan at all.
I get an error code 0x800a138f.
I've tried turning off spyware and antivirus programs but
to no avail.
I've have tried the suggestions that are in the online
troubleshooting area that is available on the page that
shows the error code.
Please help, I cant scan for updates so I cant update and
protect my computer.
