disk defragment

it is in my system tools but i do not get it when i click
on it. so what could be the problem. i have anew dell
windowsxp and i have tried to defrag but can not do. and
i do not think i can restore. i have also treid that and
i get nowhere. please help.

Open MyComputer>Rt click on Drive Icon. Select
Properties>Tools>Defragment Now.
