Hi
I have installed a XP Pro in my LAPTOP PCGFX 990. I have
loaded Office 2000, Norton Antivirus and .NET. I did all
installation using administrator login.
Now when ever I log in as other user (not administrator
but has administrator rights) the taskbar does not appear.
But other programs runs properly.
But if I log in again as administrator it works fine.
What is the problem.
