Default mail client for url:mailto

I just got a new machine with Windows XP and I'm running
Explorer 6. How do I change the default mail client that
is fired up when I click on a "mailto:" link on a web
page? Currently it pulls up Outlook Explorer which is NOT
my default e-mail client.

When I go into Tools...Internet Options...Programs...the
e-mail program is set correctly to the e-mail client I
wish to use and not Outlook express and when I go to
Tools..Mail it goes to teh correct client. The only thing
it won't do is to go to the correct client from a mailto:
hotlink.
