XP updates will not install

I downloaded the two updates below (automatic and
manually) but they will not install. I've installed many
updates over the past year without problem. These two
latest updates will not install. -any suggestions will be
appreciated?

I have the same problem with updates Q822925 and Q811493. This problem has
been for quite a while and i am not sure it is a problem since everything
seems to work and I can see the hotfix Q811493 in "Add Remove Programs" and
Q822925 as an update to IE in the "About box" version listing.
