Please Help! I suspect that i have the problem described
in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 326863, Operating
System Throttling Does Not Work. My system is very noisy
at start up and slowly quietens down but noise
periodically returns sometimes getting quite loud.
A system diagnosis program I use when checking CPU that
cautions that system monitor device known to vary and
sometimes indicates cpu overheating. The problem
occasionally results in my entire system getting a
shutdown error screen.
anyone experienced this type of problem? THANX!
