I need help as I can not figure out how to contact
Microsoft for support. When I run Windows Update and I
hit the scan button it goes to 100% and comes up with an
error everytime. The number is OX800A138F but when I
check clipboard to find last error recorded it is
OX800C0005. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
