Spell Check not working

How do I reapply file call 'Csapi3t1.dll' without
reloading XP. This is a compressed file on the XP setup
disc. This file is missing from the folder where it
should of been loading during the initial setup. It is
needed to get spell check to work with Outlook Express 6.

You dont need to manually extract csapi3t1.dll. The above fix does it all
automatically.
