If I have a window that I have moved so that it is
partially off-screen, and I then lock and unlock my
computer, the window is moved back on to the screen area
so that is fully visible. Anyone know how to make it not
do this.

Specifically, what program is inside this window? It could be this is
how the programmer programmed it?

This happens with both IE and Outlook.

Sorry. Don't know. This doesn't happen on my machine. I thought it
might be specific to the application.
