Blaster worm removal

I downloaded the W32Blaster worm removal tool from
Symantec and it seems to run fine until it comes across
my C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\Real\Plugins\pxcp3260. dll
file. The error message reads that it has encountered a
problem and needs to close. Is there anything I can do
to alleviate this? Can anyone help?

Erwin,

Try closing all the applications and disable all from startup.
Click Start | Run | MSConfig | Startup | Disable All
Restart Windows
Now, run the fixblast.exe scan.
