Help! For the first time ever, I have encountered the
blue screen. It said that a problem had been detected
and windows had shut down, etc.
Tech info at the bottom revealed this code - I hope I
have enough info here: 0X804F5BC0
I have not installed any new hardware or software in many
months.
The error message also said to disable bios memory
options (whatever they are) such as caching or shadowing.
I am almost completely computer illiterate here and this
is the first time I have ever used one of these
newsgroups. Any help you can provide is greatly
appreciated.
