View Full Version : Help! Got the blue screen for first time, and second, and third

Hi Alex,

Thanks for this reply. I can still get into all of my
programs. So far, so good. Problem is, I have NO idea
of what is causing this.

I didn't get the message 'UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME'that
you encountered. Will I receive any help from MS on this
as a result of sending them the error messages?

Do I have to call them, which I will do or can I get the
help I need in this newsgroup?

Also, can I get e-mail notifications when folks reply to
this topic?

Again, thanks for responding. Hopefully others will as
well. Maybe both of our problems can be resolved.
