system was upgraded from p-III 450 MHz to P-iv 2.4 GhZ. in
the new system windows Xp is giving so many problems. when
ever I start the system it is Automatically getting
restart after showing Windows XP Logo. in order to over
come this problem my Hardware Engineer has Re-Installed
the OS. Even After that I am facing same problem but in
the different way. when i am using sound card (Creative
Vibra 128) Automatically getting restart. But even this
problem is not very frequent it is coming depending upon
the MOOD of system.
Kindly suggest a remedy for this problem.

Hi Rajesh

How was XP re-installed - 'over the top' of the existing install or a =
'clean' install? Physically remove all hardware devices - apart from =
your graphics card, then try a 'clean' install:

Any problems, please post back.
