Today July 12 I cannot get into messenger. I am not a computer savy person I
am a senior, the system says it is ok. I dont want to have to start all over
again with my site, I use it to communicate with others who are far away.

Sometimes Messenger can fail, this could be for a variety of reasons. If
there is no reason code then the only course of action would be to keep
tapping the "RETRY" button on Messenger. This doesn't happen that often and
when it does it's generally out of service for no longer than an hour,
sometimes sooner.

You'll simply need to try again later. This is a server error and has nothing to do specific
to your computer.
