Windows updates

When trying to use Windows updates a licensing agreement
window appears to verify acceptance of licensing. I cant
get to the bottom of the window to indicate that I
accept. I've tries scrolling, page down, et.al..to no
avail. The window will not expand using any methods that
I am aware of. Can someone help??????

Not a technical solution but this worked for me. Go to 'Internet Options' in
tools delete cokkies, delete files (off line as well) and then under
'Advanced' press 'Restore Defaults', this would probably do the job for you.
