defrag errors

Go to start,type:cmd At the curser type:Sfc /Scannow
Install the xp cd,exit the page,when the bar graph
is finished remove cd,type:Defrag C: C: being the hd.
Also,anytime you run defrag you need to run the xp
disk cleanup utility first.Typing EXIT leaves cmd
