I have been trying to resolve this issue for a very long
time. I cannot load any programs onto my computer from my
cdroms. Every time I rty to auto run, I get an I/O error.
When I try to run the .exe's from explorer, I again get a
memory error. I can't find any posts related to this
problem and I have already formatted my HD's and re-
installed Windows XP Pro 4 times.
Also, when I go to get on-line help or to download
updates, it says my product key is invalid and I have
already reached my maximum allowed support requests?! I
purchased this software 1 year ago and have been the only
user. I have only requested help from MS 1 other time.
What gives?????
