I had the same problem - and besides the step Chris
mentions I (and Norton Anti Virus) found a file
named "nbrute.scr" in the windows/system32 folder (it had
a Quick Time icon rather than a normal screen saver
icon). I had to rename it before I could delete it since
it couldn't be deleted because it was "in use". After
that, I followed the instructions from the web page Chris
sent, and all's well again.
