IPMon.exe fails to initialize

This error message comes up every time the computer
starts.I can still connect to the internet, but it seems
to have to be reset once or twice a week. How can i fix
it? I have a speedstream modem and a d-link 604 router.

The ipmon is a trojan and runs in your startup items, you will need to removed the virus by going to this link: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.r3c.html
