msvc32i MFC Application error

Hi, everytime I start windows I get the following error
message: "msvc32i MFC Application has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." I have removed everything from startup
and I still get it. I look in the KB but found nothing.
Pleae help me!!

Go to Google and look for client man removal
instructions. Prin the out and follow them. You will be
downloading a zip file (REMCLI.ZIP). Once you unzip the
file, save it on your hard drive, I saved mine in " my
downloads". Close all copies of Windows Explorer and/or
Internet Explorer. Find the file on your hard drive and
double click on it to execute/run.
Immediately reboot your PC.
Once you have rebooted, go to MY Computer and find the
file "ClientMan", " program Files" in C:\
click on Client Man and delete it.
That's it!
