RRCM.DLL prevents install of XP Service Pack 1

Every time I try to install the XP Service Pack on this
computer, I get an error saying that system32
\dllcache\rrcm.dll is running and the update doesn't work.

How can I get rid of this file??? or at least stop it from
running?

I've uninstalled MS Netmeeting and MS Office in hopes they
were related but it hasn't helped.

I don't use NetMeeting but perhaps there is a way for you to turn it off so
you can do the updates.
