MS Back Up

In all previous versions of Windows there has been the
ability to use Back Up to preserve your data. It is
present in XP Pro but not Home!
After suffering a major hard disk failure i misses out on
saving my data. 15 Gb of stuff lost.
Does anyone know if MS will release Back Up to us home
users again or if there is another free version we can
use. I have a small wallet that the wife keeps!!! LOL
