HI Rick:
How to I get to the option to backup selected files? I have never found
it.
People talk about the option but no one seems to know how to get to
it.
Thanks, CMA

I saw your new post in a different NG so I now know that you are using =
XP pro.

=20

I just now created a .bkf file of my C drive. Went to the "restore and =
manage media" tab. Then I clicked the + sign in front of file, clicked =
the + sign in front of the created file, placed a checkmark in the box =
for the C drive, clicked the + sign and the tree appeared in the left =
and right panes. There were checkmarks already placed in front of all =
items, meaning all would be replaced, the marks would need to be removed =
from the items not requiring replacement. I cleared that checkmark and =
checked the 2nd C and no items were checked.

=20

What items are you really trying to backup that might need replacement =
using this method? There may be better programs available to obtain the =
desired results.
