I was having the same problem. It turned out that I had
the Blaster.Worm virus on my pc. I suggest that if you
have Norton, or some other virus detecting device on your
computer, run that first. Microsoft has a FIX-IT tool for
Blaster and Welchia worms to help cure that particular
problem.
