View Full Version : emailing photos-feature to reduce size does not work.

The feature windows has to reduce the size of photos in emails suddenly does
not work. The only thing I did is uninstalled photoshop elements 2 because I
had E4 installed also.
I need to get this working.

Why don't the Resize Pictures dialog appear while sending picture to e-mail?

You are not prompted to resize an image when you send the image by e-mail
from Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer in Windows XP

I did both recommendations, but it did not work. I am thinking the Photoshop
Elements 4 is causing the problem, but dictating how emailed photos are
handling, since it was working fine while I had Elements 2 & 4 installed. I
went through all the preferences, but don't know how to return to Windows
resizing all photos?????

Which file type is experiencing this problem? In the meantime, you could
post the file association information for us to analyze.
