I have followed all the instructions from Start-> Run but when I get to
Custom Forms the message comes up - Unable to display the dialog box. No
pages in the property sheet due to low memory. Close some windows or
programs.'

Every window/programs have been closed but the same message comes up. How
can I check the meory problem, please?

PaulDP,

You are receiving this error message because the correct add-in from the
'Add-In Manager' is either not installed or is not enabled.

To access the Custom Forms property page, install or enable the Exchange
Extensions property pages.

* On the 'Tools' menu, click Options
* On the 'Other' tab, select 'Advanced Options', then click 'Add-in Manager'
* check box 'Exchange Extensions property pages'

Note:
If 'Exchange Extensions property pages' is not in the 'Add-in Manager' box,
click 'Install', and then click the 'emsuix.ecf' file.

Dear Drew

Thanks for trying but . . .when I click 'Add In Manager', 8 .ECF files are
listed from DLGSEP .ECF to SCRPTXTN.ECF - no mention of Exchange Extension
property pages - all files 1998 except OUTEX2 which is 2000.
Having clicked 'Install' there is no emsuix.ecf file.

The problem still remains, as when I click 'Install' there is no 'emsuix.ecf
file though there are other .ecf files.
