Error Message

Recently been getting a frustrating error message when I
try to use a link or open programs such as Internet
Explorer. It's a script error that ends up saying, "BHO
has to be loaded before SetSite() is called
(0x80020009)". Click OK and everthing is fine. Can a
script error be corrected? How (for this neophyte)?

Hi,

Reinstall Internet Explorer by copying and pasting this command into a
start/run prompt:

rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
%windir%\Inf\ie.inf
