Suddenly whenever I reboot my Dell Lattitude D820 running Win XP SP2,
the mouse properties are resetting. The mouse used to work fine. Then
after my last trip where I didn't do anything, like install or
uninstall anything, I logged on and my mouse wouldn't "double click."
When I looked at the properties, it double click speed was set too
high. So I slowed it down and then it seemed fine. But every time I
reboot, I have to reset the properties. How do I make the change
"stick"?
