windows live messenger

I can`t sign in. It always shows the information the program is not
responding. I tried the widnows messenger and everything is fine. I`d used
msn messenger and the same problem started happeninig. What can be the cause?
Anything I could do?

Try uninstall and then re-instal it

I did. It didn`t help.
