HELP!! I dubbed an old VHS tape home movie to DVD. I finalized the DVD and
can play the DVD in Windows Media, but I can't save the DVD to my PC nor can
I open it with Windows Movie Maker. I get the following error message: "The
file E:\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO is not a supported file type, and it cannot be
imported into Windows Movie Maker." I thought about using the S Video
hook-up but can't figure out how to get that working either. Any advice??

You'll have to convert the VOB files to MPG or AVI or WMV for Windows Movie
Maker to be able to see them...

The alternative solution is to use a third party editor that will allow VOBs
to be imported and edited directly like WinDVD Creator or PowerDirector.
