profiles on msn messenger

I cant view any of my contacts profiles anymore!. what can be the problem..i
used to be able to by clicking on the "view profile" in the appropriate
box,but now nothing comes up!....any answers for this????

A non-confirmed solution from MVP Jonathan Kay:
Open IE - Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files and Clear
History buttons.
