will not stand by

i have a logitech wireless keyboard and mouse.
when i try to go to standby i get the following message:

"the device driver for the "Easy Internet Keyboard"
device is preventing the machine from entering standby.
Please close all applications and try again. f the
problem persists, you may need to update the driver."

i think the driver is updated. any ideas?
