My guess is you have adbot problems. Easy way to rid
yourself is freeware in Ad-Aware and SpyBot Search
and Destroy (lavasoft.com). Yes, you should have both.
Others here may know of better ones but these work for me
and solved the same problem you report. And, as noted,
the price is right.
