Another user account was just set up on my laptop for
work. It is connected to a network. When I try to right-
click on Windows Explorer, any icon, or try to empty the
recycle bin, I get the message "Windows
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close".
Ican't rename or delete any files. And it's only on this
user account. Is there a solution

Just to know I have the same problem, i can add
that everything is fine when using the administrative account but when i use
the
non-privileged account i have the same problem problem (the only difference
is
that i can right click on the recycle bin without any error but the others
symptoms are the same).
I tried, in this oreder:
remove patch 821557
remove patch 823980
restore system to a configuration previous than the day in wich i installed
the patch above
delete the non privileged account andcreate a new one.
Just immediately after each of this steps i tried to right click an icon
with the administrative account
and i had no problems, but when right cliking the icon with the non
privileged account i had the error.
Any advice please?
