WINDOWS EXLORER.EXE crashes immediatly after start up of Windows. this only
occures only because I did a upgrade to Service Pack 2. A incompelte ?.dll
installation was the only error I found during the upgrade process.
However the system did chancel the upgrade and seemed to have "Uninstalled"
the service Pack. I re-tried it afterwards and everything went smoothly.
Now I'm unable to open any Applications, appart for Internet Explorer. Event
Systems Configuration is no longer possible.
Is that a common issue with the SP2? What can I do? Please advise. Thanks
